How do I place an order?When you find an item you would like, simply click the button marked "Add to Shopping Cart". If you change your mind about an item, you can delete it from your Shopping Cart before you place your order. When you are finished shopping, you can proceed to the Checkout where we will collect payment and shipping information over our secure servers.
How long will it take to process my order?Most orders are shipped within two business days of order placement. Click here to see how long your shipment will take to arrive once it has shipped from MyFavoriteToys.com.

What about Drop Shipments?Some larger items (designated in the MyFavoriteToys.com online catalog) will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. These can take up to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the manufacturer. Drop ship items are available for Standard Shipping only and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, including APO 's and FPO's, or to any destination outside the continental U.S. There is a flat shipping charge of $15.00 for all drop ship items, and they are not eligible for free shipping.
Will I be charged sales tax?Orders shipping to destinations in Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% state sales tax.
What if I want to return an item?We want you to be delighted with the toys you purchase at MyFavoriteToys.com. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund. All items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
